About Bleske Consulting Services

Bleske Consulting Services was founded by Michael Bleske in April of 2007.

Since 1989, Michael has experience in all aspects of new application development including design, programming and implementation, technical support, network administration, workstation, and server support.

Prior to starting Bleske Consulting Services, Michael was employed by GFL Systems, Inc. where he worked with several large clients developing custom applications and creating their online presence.

At GFL he provided technical expertise to clients which helped direct IT budgeting and purchasing to meet their immediate and future needs. He designed and developed several custom software packages specific to clients' needs, including a full scale CRM & scheduling application for the largest moving company on the Central Coast. He also developed custom websites utilizing the latest technology and provided network consulting to small business environments. He also performed on-site repairs and upgrades for personal computers and servers at client locations.

Previously, he helped create VREO, Inc. and grew with the company while it expanded from 5 to over 20 employees. There he filled several key roles.

He created a new department specializing in development of extensive applications utilizing the Tablet PC, digital ink, and biometric identification. He provided technical support to production, IT, and the customer service department. While reporting directly to the CEO, he directed multiple new application development programs with responsibilities that included planning, management, and execution of successful application launches. He coordinated projects, interacted with large clients, created proposals and reported to the Board of Directors.

In addition, he developed dynamic website systems and administrative interfaces for both internal initiatives and client proposed projects. He managed production server environment including purchasing, setup, configuration, and installation of a multi-server hosting facility. He also supported all internal staff computers and the development environment.
