Outlook Express Email Configuration

Step 1:

Open Outlook, click on 'Tools' and then 'Accounts...'

Step 2:

Click on 'Add >' and then click on 'Mail...'

Step 3:

Enter your name in the text box and click 'Next >'

Step 4:

Enter your email address in the text box and click 'Next >'

Step 5:

Enter mail.yourdomain.com for both the incoming and outgoing mail server and click 'Next >'

Step 6:

Enter your full email address as the username and your password and then click 'Next >'

Step 7:

Click 'Finish'

Step 8:

Click on 'Properties' on the newly created account and click on the 'Servers' tab, check the very bottom checkbox labeled 'My server requires authentication', click 'Ok' then 'Close' to finish your email setup
